G3 MANAGEMENT Firm is led by Gigi Traore, Founder and Principal Consultant.
For over a decade G3 MANAGEMENT Firm has provided strategic development, management and sustainable solutions to clients in Midwest states. Professionally, Gigi has over 20 years of experience in politics, nonprofit and business as an elected official, political operative, nonprofit executive, board member and business owner. As a management consultant she works with political campaigns, nonprofits and business entities by:
- Ensuring proper compliance in accordance with state and federal requirements.
- Providing strategic campaign outreach & operations for regional and multi-state Independent Expenditures.
- Creating business development plans and branding materials (i.e. naming, mission and vision statements).
- Establishing for and nonprofit entities at both state and federal levels (i.e. LLCs, 501c3s).
- Improving financial / operational record maintenance and procurement management.
- Filing annual returns with state and federal entities (Forms 1140, 990EZ, 990N).
- Assisting campaigns, nonprofits and businesses develop, manage and sustain their entities.
Gigi Traore has led diverse political outreach campaigns – spanning field operations, strategy, staff development / training / coaching. She holds a MS Degree in Leadership, General Management; is an Authorized E-File Provider and Registered Tax Preparer [PTIN] with the Internal Revenue Service and has managed the business of clients so they can focus on the mission!
